  • Note: Your shipping fee will be manually adjusted if the shipping fee charged in your cart is higher than 100 pesos.

Provincial Orders, outside of Metro Manila

  • Rate is based on the weight of the item.

Cut-off Schedule

Payment confirmed before cut-off will be shipped on the same day. If payment is confirmed after the cut-off, your order will be shipped on the next business day. We ship from Mondays to Saturdays, exclusing holidays.

  • Cut-off Time, Weekdays: 5PM
  • Cut-off Time, Saturdays: 12NN

Delivery Schedule

  • Metro Manila: 1-4 business days after order is shipped or picked up by the courier.
  • Provincial (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao): 3-7 business days after order is shipped or picked up by the courier.
  • Your tracking number will be sent within the day your order is shipped or picked up.
  • Note that the seller's responsibility is to have your order picked up on time. If there are delays on the side of the courier, please let us know so we can do a follow-up and perform the necessary measures. 

Seller - Courier Relationship & Responsibility

  • Seller & Courier Relationship: The relationship between the seller & courier is a client - vendor partnership between 2 fully independent companies whereas 1) the seller is the client and 2) the courier is the vendor providing logistics services to the seller. The seller does not influence the over-all performance, behavior, and decision-making of the courier.
  • Seller's Responsibility: The seller is in charge of preparing the item for pick up by the courier. It is the sole responsibility of the seller to prepare the package on time.
  • Courier's Responbility: The courier on the other hand, is a third party firm, fully independent from the seller, that is solely responsible for the delivery of your package once it is picked up from the seller.
  • Delay Caused by Courier's Incompetence for Orders Picked Up On Time: For orders whose waybill information are accurate and picked up on time, i.e. shipped on the date agreed upon by the seller and buyer, it is the courier's responsibility if there are delays. If you need assistance for follow-ups, please let us know and we will gladly help you. What we ask from you is a little understanding on the issue that we are not at fault and that just like you, we are also as frustrated and disappointed because we also expect your order to be delivered on time as we have worked hard to prepare your order so we can ship it on time.
