Is the item authentic or original?

  • Yes, absolutely! All our items are 100% authentic and purchased directly from authorized distributors of the manufacturer or directly from the manufacturer.
  • Please read the item description for more information on the manufacturer as well as the country of origin, if stated.

Supplements: Is the item brand new and sealed?

  • Yes, the item is brand new and sealed, unless stated otherwise in the description.

Baby & Mom: Is the item brand new and sealed?

  • Yes, the item is brand new. The status of the seal depends on the type of product and packaging. It may or may not be sealed.
  • However, what we can assure you is that the products are in its original packaging, i.e. the packaging when the item is delivered from the distributor/manufacturer to us, unless stated otherwise in the description.

Supplements: When is the expiration date of the item?

  • The item being sold is guaranteed to have a long shelf life unless stated otherwise. In other words, the item is expected to have 6 months or more, usually 1 year, of shelf life, enough time to be consumed properly.
  • To ensure this, we double check the items we sell before shipping.
  • This does not apply to items sold during clearance sale.

Calculators & Other Items: Is the item brand new and sealed?

  • Yes, the item is brand new. As for the seal, it depends on the packaging of the item. For calculators, it is sealed.

Can I have a discount?

  • Single or Individual Orders: Our prices are competitive as it is now. Through our Lowest Price Promise program, we ensure that we have the lowest prices online. As such, we cannot provide additional discounts.
  • Large or Volume Orders: Of course you can. Depending on the volume of your order, we will provide you with a discount. Just let us know so we can discuss it.
Can I change my order?
  • Not Yet Shipped: For orders that have not yet been shipped, you can still change your order. Just contact us before the date of shipment so we can do the necessary adjustmens.
  • Shipped Orders : Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, changing of order is not allowed. For more information on our returns and replacement policy, please click here.

Can I reserve an item for later purchase?

  • Yes, you can reserve an item for 1 day. Please ensure that your payment is settled before the 1-day reservation expires.
  • In addition, we, Save On Shop, reserve the right to decline reservations made by clients due to reasons such as client order history.

Do you accept trade-ins or layaways?

  • Sorry but no, we do not accept trade-ins and layaways.

Can I replace my order if I am not satisfied with it?

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons other than the ones stated in our Returns policy.
  • As such, please make sure that you are 100% decided before buying.

In what currency are your products denominated?

  • All items are sold in Philippine Peso (PHP)

Can I bargain for the prices?

  • At Save On Shop, we ensure that our prices are the lowest in the industry. This we ensure by 1) regulalry checking if we offer the lowest prices online and 2) through our Lowest Price Promise program. So don't worry, we will offer you the best savings.
  • However, in the event that you will purchase in volume, discounts can still be provided. Please let us know so we can provide you the best deal.

When will you ship my order?

  • At Save On Shop, we ship fast and secure! We make sure that we ship orders on the first available day as soon as payment is received and confirmed.
  • For payments made before cutoff, we ship it within the day. For payments made after cutoff, we ship on the next business day.
  • We ship during weekdays (5pm cut-off) and Saturdays (12nn cut-off).

How long will I receive my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your order on:
    • Metro Manila Orders: Within 1-4 days
    • Provincial Orders: Within 3-7 days
  • Note: This assumes that there is no delay on the part of the courier.To avoid delays, please ensure that you have the correct and complete shipping details in your file.

Where do you ship your items from?

  • This item ships from Pateros, Metro Manila. This is in-between the cities of Pasig, Taguig and Makati.

Do you deliver all over the Philippines?

  • Yes, we ship anywhere in the Philippines.

Do you have meet-up points in provinces?

  • Sorry but no, we do not. However, we can just ship your order.

Do you deliver via cash on delivery (COD) to offices and homes, i.e. places not stated in your preferred meet-up locations?

  • Yes, we delivery cash on delivery (COD) within Metro Manila
  • Currently, COD is not available for provincial orders. In the event that you select COD and your address is outside of Metro Manila, we will contact you within 1 business day to revise the payment option.

How much is the shipping fee?

Do you offer international shipping?

  • Yes, we do offer international shipping to limited countries. To check if we ship to your country, please leave a message.

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

  • We offer free shipping depending on the promo available. Most of the time, shipping fee can be waived depending on the volume of the order. To know if your purchase is qualified for free shipping, please let us know.

Do you combine shipping?

  • Absolutely! We do combine shipping to provide costumers like you the savings you deserve.
  • By combining shipping, we will ship all the items you ordered in one package. This way, the shipping fee will just be for one package which is more likely cheaper than paying for separate shipping fees per item ordered.
  • As an example, the shipping fee for Metro Manila is PHP50 per kilo. If you purchase 1 bottle of supplement, you will pay PHP50. If you purchase 4 bottles, you only have to pay for PHP50 for the entire order since we will ship all 4 bottles in one package. If we do not combine shipping, you will end up paying PHP200 instead of PHP50.
What if the product I received is damaged/defective, is missing items/parts, or is the wrong product?

Can parcels be delivered to an office address?

  • Yes. Just enter the address along with your full name upon checkout. We want to make sure your package reaches you with no hitch so if you’re not available to receive the item, please inform us after purchasing by updating us about the consignee or recipient’s name and information. Advise the person receiving to present their valid ID along with your letter of authorization.

What if I will be out when the package arrives at home?

  • Don't worry, you will still get your package. Just let us know about the consignee or recipient's name so we can indicate it in the waybill. You can either indicate it in the order details or you can contact us via phone (call or text) or email (sales@saveonshop.com.ph).
What can I do if my items have not arrived yet?
  • If your order has not yet arrived within the specified date, you may do a follow-up with the courier as indicated in the tracking status message sent to you.
  • If you want, we can also do the follow-up for you. Just contact us through phone (call or text) or email (sales@saveonshop.com.ph) so we can do it on your behalf.

How can I pay for my purchase? What are the available payment options?

We have several payment options to choose from in order to make it convenient for you to do business with us. Below is the list.

Why do I have to confirm my payment through phone or email after sending my payment?

  • Since we receive several payments per day, we require our costumers to contact us after making their payments. It is only through this that we can match your payments from the actual payments we receive from the different payment channels.
  • Once we are able to confirm your payment, we will ship out your order. Otherwise, we will let you know.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
  • At Save On Shop, we use PayPal Checkout Express for credit card payments. As such, you will be assured that your credit card details will not be compromised. No credit card information will be stored by Save On Shop as all transactions will be between you, the cardholder, and PayPal. PayPal will just send us your payment once it is verified and confirmed. What is the return policy? Do you accept returns?

  • Yes, we do accept returns as long as one of these conditions is met:
    • Item is proven to be defective
    • Item is not as described
  • Refunds will be given as an exchange unless stated otherwise. Buyers pay for return shipping.

Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?

  • Yes, we offer a money back guarantee on a limited basis. If the item you order is defective or not as described, we will replace your item. If we run out of stock, that is the only time we will offer you a money back.

Order Status

How will I know if my payment has been received?

  • First, you have to confirm with us that you have already sent your payment.
  • You will know that your payment has been received when you receive a tracking number that your order has been shipped. This is usually sent at around 8PM - 9PM of the same day.
  • If your payment has been confirmed after the cut-off period, we will ship your package on the next business day. As such, the tracking number which will also serve as our acknowledgement that your payment has been received, will also be sent on the next business day.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
  • To know that your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number at around 8PM - 9PM of the same working day if payment has been confirmed before the cut-off period. Otherwise, the tracking number will be sent on the next working day at around 8PM - 9PM.

When will I receive the tracking number?

  • You will receive the tracking number at around 8PM - 9PM of the business day when your order has been shipped.

 How long will I receive my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your order on:
    • Metro Manila Orders: Within 1-4 days

How can I redeem the credits?

  • After purchasing, you will receive an email with your coupon code within 7 working days. You can redeem the coupon code by typing the code on the coupon code box during check-out.

  • You will receive your coupon code through text and/or email.

Can this be combined with other coupon codes?

  • Sorry but this cannot be combined with other coupon codes.

What types of products are included in the coupon code?

  • You can only use the coupon code once. In addition, you must also use it within 30 days before it expires.

Are coupon codes transferrable?

  • Yes! You or anyone you know can use the coupon code.

What if I do not have an account? How can I avail of the coupon code?

  • Unfortunately, you should have an account before you can redeem your free credits.
